Riddle--Flash of light?

well he's a 50 year old mental retard and he drew a duck and was runin to show it to his 80 year old mom then he tripped in his mom's favourite lantern's wire and he dropped it n the ground and it popped, then he dropped to his knees cuz his mama wopped his *** for doin that ...

I'm not sure, but my guess is he was too late to stop an execution? The paper was the governor's pardon (or whoever can pardon a prisoner)> The flash of light and loud noise is a gun (or multiple guns) being shot.

he got a papercut, dropped the flashlight it turned on. light travels faster than sound so the light came before the loud noise. He cried cause it must of been a deep paper cut and dropped the heavy asz flash light on his baby toe.

He's in a nuthouse and scared of flashes of light and noises.

OR hes trying to escape jail and was shot in the leg therefore starts to cry from teh pain.

While he was running there was a flash of lightning followed by the roar of thunder and being scared of thunderstorms, he fell on his knees and started crying while praying to GOD for comfort.

Because his someone might be in operation theater,he went with the prescription to buy the medicine to rescue him/her.So when suddenly the operation theater light went off and a loud noise of...anyone nearby cried..made him shock..so he fell on his knee

He was trying to save someone from Execution. The paper was the pardon, the flash was the electric chair and he's crying cause he didn't make it in time.
