family immigration?

my dad live and work in ny and he have us citizen, my bro and sis was born and live there , and my father made an immigration for me in 1998 and untill now there is nothing , it that take sooooo long , even it , may i live in usa untill i got the immigration

    You might be able under a work, student or tourist visa. Since your dad and siblings are US citizens they might be able to sponsor you in, but it's best to contact the US Embassy to see what they say since they know alot more about it than me. Good Luck!

    Try going to www.gowda.com . This is an immigration law office. They can answer all sorts of immigration questions.. Or call (248) 932-0630. Mr. Gowda is VERY well known in the immigration business. One of the best known in the nation... Being a busy firm, please be patient when calling an attorney... Good luck

    You are most likely Illegal right now... you need to talk to the US embassy to get a Visa so you can stay here and work if you want.. it is suppossed to take 5months to become a citizen but you will have to take tests about the US

    u can if u have a green card, or at least a visa. u can be more sure by checking the web site of the dep. for internal affairs.
