I do. They are horrible. My husband and I split up about a year ago, but we got back together shortly after that. Anyway, ever since, when he's just going to the gas station to get gas or cigarettes and it seems to me it's been to long, I start shaking, walking around the house, crying, calling him. It's awful. But I tried to solve the problem without medication and we're seing a counselor so it's getting better.

I think so, I felt like I thought I was having a heart attack, I needed to get the heck out of the store for some odd reason and didn't know why. I felt enclosed like I couldn't breath. It was freaky..only happened that once. I'm sure it was a panic attack though as I looked into it. I happened at a stressful time though...so I knew the trigger. Good Luck!

I guess I am. But I don't have to take any medication.

Sometimes when my situation is very stressful I get very nervous. I start to scream and trow things around. It is very hard for me to calm down. And afterwords I usually cry.

I guess it is mainly because, when I grew up my mom often was screaming on me. And now I can't do anything against stress apart from screaming. But actually, since some time I drink green tea and I took distance to some things in my life. Just keep saying 'I am so cool, I am the best'. Sometimes it helps.. :)

I have been lately. I have two more weeks in a job that has been both heaven and hell. I have had to stop some of the things I love because they meant dealing with people who I can not trust. Two more weeks and I get the heck out of Dodge.
