From the USCIS website, here are the guidelines on how to immigrate to the US via investment http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/residency/inves...

Who have invested -- or who are actively in the process of investing -- in a new commercial enterprise:

    at least $1,000,000, or

at least $500,000 where the investment is being made in a "targeted employment area," which is an area that has experienced unemployment of at least 150 per cent of the national average rate or a rural area as designated by OMB

If the amount is too stiff for you, maybe an option would be employment-based immigration. The business that you will set up with your US citizen partner can petition you and apply for employment-based green card for you.

It is better though to consult an immigration lawyer.

Go To Yahoo! Groups, register then after it, find the specific field of Interest, be a member then post a message about you want then wait for a while because you will be answered or if not go to several free dating websites like FaceParty, MySpace.com or plentyoffish.com. try it...

Do you have at least $500,000.00 USD to invest in the United States of America?

If you do, you can get an Investor Visa.

If you don´t I can find you a "wife" if you know what I mean.

If you invest a certain amount of money in the US, there is a special program to fast-track you. I forget the amount, sorry.
