when you don't understand the meaning of your life, when you can't see beyond, when you feel so very low?

I have had some really bad days in the last year. But I can honestly say I dont recall feeling like there would be no tomarrow, but I have felt like I didnt know what I was going to do if it was worse than the day before! I do believe in God so I would know that when I felt totally hopeless I could ALWAYS pray. For me, that at least made me feel better. Really it is the most important thing any of us can do in any situation. Also for some reason I always have other peoples situations come to mind that actually have it alot worse than me. I do believe that God does not put anything upon us that we cannot handle but it is key to be willing to hand it over to him when we dont know HOW to handle it.

You get out and go look around and maybe you will see a small child in a wheel chair, and think my problems are nothing compared to that persons. Then you look at yourself in the mirror and remember God does not put anymore on your shoulders then you can handle. Trust me there is always a tomorrow, and I always think I make Life what I want it to be, I have the ability to make life happy or sad!!

I try to think of all the things I DO enjoy about life, what I TRULY feel is worth living for. You know what I mean? Just think about who you would hurt if you did something stupid.

Prayer works on the roughest days. On bad (but not hard) days, I just spend money on frivolous crap to remind myself how fortunate I am that I don't have to worry about being homeless, or without other necessities.

I get low when I have forgotten to keep God close, so praying normally comforts me and gives me a sense of purpose.

What I do is go out and fix something like on my truck, clean, or just go for a drive. You have to find something active to take your mind off of things.
