Why someone can't entry USA even they have US visa and didn't break any US laws?

Based on what the US officer can reject the visitor and cancel their visa even the visitor didn't do anything wrong. Even the visitor follows all the US laws.

A visa is not your permission to enter the country. it is merely your authorization to board a plane heading to the country and stand before the immigrations officer. the immigrations officer has every right to refuse a visa holder based on any number of reasons. this was the case long before 9/11.

Some countries have more difficulty than others entering the US. Since 9-11, all the points of entry have been tightened up. Even I often get singled out to be searched when boarding a plane, and I am an American. It's just a different world now.

I understand you would be disenchanted approximately those offenses being committed. yet to hate them? for my section that's a splash good. a number of theses offenses i don't trust yet others i can now and returned understand. (BTW Illegals at the instant are not the only ones that dedicate a number of those acts.) i think of you are going to be asking your self why the authorities provides loose education and well being care to unlawful extraterrestrial beings. Plus hospitals and surgeon's get to declare a loss while their are circumstances of unpaid costs. that's noted as a tax write off. in my opinion i think of you may analyze this subject count a splash greater thoroughly.

Because entry into another country is not a fundamental right. Each country is able to control the people entering it and there don't need to be specific reasons for denying someone.

It's called "September 11Th". In some cases the new policies Homeland Security has in place are necessary but at other times they are a bit over the top. I am a born US citizen who recently moved to Canada. The third degree I got at immigration was a bit surprising. It made me realize just how serious it is.

entry into any foreign country is a privilege, not a right. while the rules and the application thereof may seem arbitrary, a country, any country, has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not a citizen or legal resident.
