There is a 65K line limit. I've hit it enough times.

Another thing to consider is RAM. Does you machine have enough RAM to load a sheet of that size. Excel can do squirrelly thing when memory starts to max out. Unfortunately I speak from experience.

Microsoft Access does not have that limit. You can set up a table in Access and copy and paste from the Excel sheets to the bottom of the table.

    hi dear

first of all create a new excel work sheet

and then go to your excel sheets.

in the left lower corner, there is sheet1

make a right click and then select 'move or copy'

in the to- book select your new excel work sheet.

    and then press ok..

tick the create a copy also after moving all the excel sheet , check it and then delete the old excel sheets.

but keeeping all the datas in single worksheet is not safety.

    this is my openion

My MS Excel has only 65536 available rows, you could create a macro to perform the open book, copy, paste, close book tasks, however you should think twice before filling that much a Spreadsheet.

Another option is to convert your spreadsheets to text, you could append text files one after another and try to import to a different database managing application more suitable for the purpose you need.
