Is it bad or harmful to eat a 1 day old luncheon meat sandwich?

I wouldn't eat it. You probably won't die but it could make you sick. You can't play around with unrefrigerated meat. If it had mayo on it just forget it. I would throw it out, don't chance it.

mayo will go bad (If you have it), but it shouldn't be bad. I've eaten 3 day old sandwiches and been fine. Bit stale, but the meat was still good.

No, meat needs to be refridgerated so it could be moldy and bad. Not a good idea unless you want a stomach ache.
