Los Angeles and San Francisco would be the big ones but there are a lot of smaller ones in the same danger area. Basically anything that is on or near the San Andreas Fault. Check the map at the link--- actually explore the rest of the site, too--- good info there!

Many theories today believe a major earthquake will strike California along the San Andreas faultline and cause devestating in all surrounding areas. The closest city would probably be in San Francisco, which suffered a massive earthquake exactly a century ago.

National Geographic just did a huge piece on this, and they say that the Hayward Fault which is in the East Bay area, where Oakland and San Jose are is a much more volatile fault than the San Andreas, so I would say the East Bay area.

San Francisco, Oakland, and San José are the most at-risk cities...L.A. is also a high-risk area
