    I know I was the first in my town. It was back in the sixties and I was a goalie for my school hockey team and they were going to make me wear a mask for the first time. A mask wouldn't fit over my glasses so I invented contact lenses just so I could keep playing goalie in hockey for my school.

    It was Billy Blind from Blindville....they were not very successful at first.
