If everything is being expressed in months, then 26 days is rounded up to a month and 6 days is rounded down to 0 months.
If everything is being expressed in weeks, then 6 days is rounded up to a week and 26 days is rounded up to 4 weeks.

Your question would be easier to answer and make more sense if it were put into a context. For example, why would you want to round these up?
Without any context I would say no 26 days is not a month. it is 26 days. Similarly, six days is not a week but six days.
