I'm a 25 years old man, height (5'5"), weight only 45 KGs. How can I increase my weight?

I eat enough but my weight remains same. I'm unhealthy from my chilhood. I've no other health problem. Is there any treatment for this?

    well u have to balance betyween ur intake of food and regular workup u do daily

    well if u keep on eating and dont do exercise.. well u will landup in having a huge tummy!

    and in ur case u can take in protein rich food ....and also fibre content. try to take balanced food.

    dont try to overeat and once ur brain tends to level up ur sudden increase in food intake... it will be hard to regain ur normal appetite..

    everything works upon on how much of glucose and essential nutrient ur brain take in... so my best advice as a mbbs student .. take balanced diet..and do regular exercise.

    Exercise? If based on what you say, that you're eating properly, then i guess the only way for u to gain masss is to exercise. Eat more protein to build up the muscles. You'll be fine. Some people just have a naturally high metabolic rate. IF you're one of those? in today's slim= beautiful society. Lucky u. =)

    Eat an High-fat Icecream daily / Try drinking milk with 5

    almonds & 5 cashew nuts soaked in it at night b'fore u go 2

    sleep.

    i've got lost 5 pounds in my first week. it fairly is my 10th day and that i've got secure salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean rooster) as you stated. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is ultimately coming off. It fairly sounds like magic! get began right now!
