If your husband chatts online w/other women, is it cheating?

It all depends on what you think. If YOU think it's cheating, than it is, since you are the one that is effected. If you think it's ok within certain parameters than let him know and than if he goes deeper it's cheating. Most of the internet chatting is a lot like fantasies and won't get any more serious, however some do go beyond fantasy and end up in relationships, so the best way to find out is ask him what he's getting out of it.

It totally depends on the boundaries of your relationship. If you have expressed how you feel about what he is doing and he countinues to do it yes. He is becoming emotionally involved with these women and there could be considered cheating.

Depends on the nature of the chatting. If they're just talking in a friendly way, then no. If they're having cybersex, then that's bad. It's not as bad as actual cheating IMO, but it's still wrong.

Why does it have to labeled as "cheating" or not cheating? The important thing is how does it make you feel? If you don't feel like it is good for your relationship, just let him know that and explain to him why you don't like it. No need to hang him for it or go on and on about it. Just make him understand how you feel about it. If he doesn't clean up his act, then you you can hang him.

It's not cheating but I would definitely keep tabs on him and mention it to him. My wife doesn't like me chatting on line.

I couldn't go so far as to call it cheating. However, it is certainly disrespectful to you. You should feel free to insist he stop and give him a good hard spanking.

If he wouldn't do it in front of you, then yes. If the window gets minimized every time you go by, then I would worry. If it is just for fun and he is open about it, I would say it is all about your comfort level.

He's cheating if he's doing something that he wouldn't want you to do.

it depends what he is doing on-line...he isn't officially cheating unless he is trying to hook up or if he is masturbating with these women on-line
