What is natural gas? What is the consumption for a normal house kitchen?

    Natural gas, as we use it, is almost entirely methane. Natural gas as we find it underground, however, can come associated with a variety of other compounds and gases, as well as oil and water, which must be removed.

    For consumption, you need to check each appliance's energy use, then find out the cost of gas in your area. It is usually cheaper than electric.

    Also, you will never see a cooking show on TV where they use electric stoves, because natural gas is far superior.

    natural gas is nothing but a mixture of gases containing 75% methane and other gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide
