What will be built on the World Trade Center site?

They've just released a news brief today stating that officials are currently trying to close a deal

where five planned office towers would be built by 2012 on the 16-acre lower Manhattan site.

The five towers would include the proposed 1,776-foot Freedom Tower currently being developed.

I have heard that another World Trade Center will be built on the same site.

Another World Trade Center & it has been designed to not throw shadows. I saw of slides of the model in an architecture class at Vanderbilt.
