Which is the best photo editor program?

I don't really want anything too fancy - just something to sort out pictures.

    Adobe photoshop

    you can download the free 30 day trial version. It also has a tutorial to help you out.

    The latest CreativeSuite2 version could be very expensive, so you can try buying the older versions.Just to sort out pics, even photoshop5.5 is good enough!

    personal choice is Photoshop CS 2 or v9.0
