how much is the employee discount at home depot?

There is no employee discount at home depot unless you count the 20% off coupon given at christmas time. I hear that lowes gets 10% all the time but im not sure.
They say the reason there is no employee discount is because they participate in profit sharing where if the store you work for makes over projection then the employees get a share of the profit. This is cool if the store makes over profit but it's usually a small amount. I would rather have the discount!
