Does anyone know a website where I can upload my mpegs so I can share them in emails?

I have a few mpegs that i have recorded on my camera, I would like to email them to my mom. I heard there was a website where you can upload them and it will format it so you can email, and its free!! Anyone else hear about this or know what i can do? By the way I use a mac. Thanks

    In terra.com.es, you open an email and they got one GB to share files.
