What do you do if you are in the level of incompetency in work?

KEEP IMPROVING; ASK TO BE SHOWN IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT HAS TO BE DONE; STRIVE FOR A BETTER GOAL; GET MOTIVATED ABOUT YOUR JOB; OR LIKE WAS SUGGESTED MAYBE ANOTHER FIELD OF INTEREST, WHERE YOU ARE MORE COMPETENT! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD REALLY PRAY ABOUT THIS , HE WILL HELP YOU IN THIS AREA. WE ALL NEED HIS HELP & GUIDANCE, I KNOW I DO. HOPE ALL GOES WELL WITH YOU.

If you mean that you are working at a job at which you are incompetent, you should either learn to do the job right or find another job. If you don't, you will eventually be fired.

If you mean that everyone around you is incompetent, do your best, try to help others, and still look for a new job. That company is not likely to stay in business.

Seek further training on the area where you are incompetent. Hone your skills, get help from those who are competent, observe, apply yourself... or if it is not your area of interest, maybe you can seek other jobs where you are competent.
