Does anyone know of lightning ever hitting a moving car?

If so what happens? I, mean would the car blow up?

Lightning usually doesn't hit cars ever because they sit on ruber tires and so are insulated from the ground.

If your car is hit by lightning, It might fry the electronics. It would not blow up. When you get out of a car hit by lightning (you would be fine) you need to be carefull not to touch metal on your car and the ground at the same time for a short while after the lightning hit.

Electricity can only hurt you when you are grounded. If you are insulated, you will be fine.

Yes, I saw it on television.

And no, the car won't blow up. A car is like the Faraday cage.
