While immediate gratification can feel so-damned-good, I"d be careful. She's your co-worker and if things end badly, she can make life fairly miserable for you. She can claim sexual harassment and while you could defend yourself, it wouldn't look good no matter what the outcome may be. Your image could suffer a huge blow. My advice is to turn down her offer. There are plenty of sexy women out there who don't work with you. I suggest taking a hard look at your relationship, too- it doesn't sound as if it's totally fulfilling? If it's not everything you'd like at this stage, it certainly isn't going to get any better at a later stage.

If you are willing to break up with your girlfriend and lose your job, go for it. You owe it to your girlfriend to let her go first. if your in a relationship then you shouldnt even be thinking about taking this to the next level. you would be cheating on your parnter. just to be thinking about it makes me feel that you cant be too interested in what happens in your present relationship. you cant have your cake and eat it too. make up your mind what you want. your currrent relationship or a one night stand.
