Years ago there was an egg product that made fluffy omelets, does anyone remember it and what was it?

It was a packet of powder, made eggs very fluffly and light also seasoned. This goes back probably 20 years or so ago.

I can remember it but can't remember what they called it.

They took it off the market several years ago but, we discovered that if you add 1 Tbsp. pancake mix to the eggs before beating you will get the same effect.

I don’t know the name of that product, but I do know that mixing sour cream into your eggs before you cook them makes them fluffy (and remember to stop cooking eggs up until right before you think they’re done; the residual heat will keep cooking them, while if you’d left them on direct heat, they’d be overcooked).

Throw some popping corn in the skillet-that will fluff things right up!
