landmining is sick by the way. but america seems to be a country that solves every disagreement with weapons. the land of the brave and stupid. arguements are won with words and diplomacy, a war has only losers. but that makes sense, bcs only losers start wars in the first place.

now get out of ur high tower of happyness, move to africa for a year, try to live life with the minimum of resources, and after that we will talk again about how u feel about people crossing borders to find luck for themselves and their families.

Can we say Iron Curtain, or Bamboo Curtain, or Berlin Wall. What a great commentary that so many so called Americans want to be exactly like the communist countries. Your ideas and thought about immigration to America are very un American and you should probably move to one of those countries that built a wall around themselves or had the Russians build a wall for them. Are you kidding? Have you seen the horrible things land mines do to people? Children, in particular? We'd be better off coming up with a diplomatic solution to this mess than trying to blow people's legs off. If you think about it, people have been entering the US for hundreds of years (illegal and legal), and the problem is no worse or better now than before. One hundred years ago, people thought we'd have to change our national language to German.

Put the land mines down and when someone gets blown to Hell leave the body as a lesson to the next one who tries to cross.

No, land mines are not the answer. I think that they should go after the people that employ ILLEGALS, put them in jail and fine the company's that they work for enough so it is not worth it to hire illegal immigrants.
