Can I wash a duvet in a normal washer?

    no.try washing it in the bath.Its easy and cheaper than the laundrette.when you want to drain the water just put a clothes horse flat on the bath and put the duvet on top.There will be lots of water to drain and when there are no more drips just hang it outside .

    Check the tag and make sure your washer is big enough. Unless you have a very large capacity washer or a twin-size duvet, it probably won't fit. But most laundromats have jumbo washers and dryers that are perfect for items like that.

    You need to look at the cleaning instructions that come on the attached tag.

    No please, I did and I ended up with holes in my duvet.
