Can I use pictures from the net in a school project which .....?

....have "copyright" written all over them?Please answer as quick as you can ,I have to submit this project in tomorrow and things are getting a little desperate.

    Ultimately you have to give credit where credit is due. Many sites will tell you that you can use the pics if you give them credit. Others will say absolutely no. Many school projects fall under fair use and would allow you to use the pics as long as you do not plan to profit from the use of another persons copyrighted material.

    Email the person that owns the site, get permission and say you used it and you have permission in the project.

    I would say yes. The thing is you have to give whoever took the photo the credit.
