naming a cat?

I'm a chemistry teacher. I got two cats last night. The black one, I named napalm. What should I name the grey and black one? It has white socks.

    How about "Fougasse"?

A fougasse is a flame weapon made with thickened gasoline (napalm).

Or you could name the cat something to do with water, which would put out a fire, if the personalities are very different, perhaps "Extinguish", or "Douse"?

Or you could try something like "Grignard".

    The chemistry-related possibilities are endless . . .

Schroedinger. Because, really, is the cat really alive? Or is it dead? Can we ever really know?
