how do I get my back arrears from child support?
emancipating last daughter but ex owes over $20,000, legal system not up to pare...I do have a current order enforcable by Probation dept...but they never response and when they do they have mis information

Go to your County Courthouse and get the forms "Request to enforcce Child suppoprt". Once you have the order go through they can put up a warrant for his arrest and place a certain amount of the Child support owed as the bail & every cent goes back to you. At least that is how it works here in Arizona. I would go to the Law Library at your courthouse or Legal Aid and talk to them about it.
Once you do have the order they will also hold is income tax and send that directly to you.

WHAT U NEED TO DO,IS CALL THE HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOUCES,AND GET A HOLD OF THE CHILD ENFORCEMENT,AND GIVE THEM THE INFO THEY NEED TO GO AFTER THE MONEY.YOU WILL GET IT....KEEP AT IT,AND GOOD LUCK.
