  • How do I stop my 2 1/2 year old from biting?

My daughter is only biting at the daycare... it is usually when she wants a toy that another kid has, she will just go up and bite them for it! The only punishment the daycare can do is put them in time out and talk about what just happened. I really wish she would bite at home so we could take care of the matter ourselves.. any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!

  • 2yoa has some sort of rash.?

My daughter is 2 and I noticed on Saturday evening that she had small little red bumps covering her tummy, back and a little bit on her arms.

My first guess was that it was a heat rash but it has been a couple of days and she still has them. Does a heat rash last this long? She is not acting any different.. still eating the same, no fever and no itching.

    Thanks!!

  • My daughter wont stop hitting...?

She just turned 2 in December and when she gets mad or frustrated she will hit or pinch you or whatever is around her. Sometimes she is totally happy and content and out of the blue she will just hit me or daddy... or even the dog. I have tried putting her in time out and it just doesn't seem to be working. Appreciate any advice. Thanks!!

  • When to start potty training?

My little girl is 22 months ans I'm wondering when I should start potty-training her. Friends tell me that they will let you know when they are ready and she hasn't given us any clues. Should I go ahead and buy her the potty and try to get her use to it now or? Any ideas or information would be great! Thanks.

  • 13 month old eating table food?

I have a gorgeous 13 month baby girl and she is still not eating table foods. We have tried everything (that I know of) and she either gags & pushes the food away or ends up throwing up once she gets the texture in her mouth. Im really starting to get worried cuz now she doesnt really want the 3rd stage solid foods either. Im afraid that she is not getting enough food. We alternate formula & whole milk throughout the day but shouldnt she be getting use to regular food by now? Please give me any advice or experiences that you have had, I would REALLY appreciate it!!

    Concerned mommy over here.

Im going to go get a test tonight after work... just wanted to hear some of your responses. THANKS!

  • Eating question?

My daughter is 11 months and still has a problem with eating anything with texture. We have tried mashed up noodles, veggies, fruit and she instantly gags. She is eating the 2nd baby food right now. Just wondering if anyone has any good ideas of how to get use to some texture in food.

Cant wait to share my plate with her.
