What's the best software for finding and removing spyware?

Lavasoft's free Ad-Aware is the best antispyware to my knowledge. Also Windows Defender free from Microsoft is good for real-time protection. Use them to run a full system scan in the windows safe mode. It is always good to have more than one antispyware on your machine because none of them catch all the variety of spyware your system might have been infected with. Good Luck.

xoftspy is SUPER GOOD. itremoved trojans and lots of spyware for me i reccomend it.

I'd say Ad-Aware by Lavasoft.

just go into control panel "add and remove". take out any programs you dont want.
