Any survivors of very serious car wrecks? Like you were air-lifted to the hospital, near-death experience?

Was NOT my fault; settlement but no real satisfaction. Still have some post-traumatic stress disorder from the experience, as well as physical problems? The psycological effects might actually be the worst! HATE careless, wreckless, "bully" drivers, especially tail-gaters. Occ. road-rage from the many maniacs on the road.

I haven't, but I have a good friend who spent a great deal of time in the hospital after an accident. Once out she stayed in a wheelchair and continued therapy for several years. Thankfully, she has recovered well and has had 3 children since (they said she never would).

Hang in there! You're lucky to be alive. Take great care of yourself and after time the pain will start to resolve itself (physical and mental).
