A dozer? You would also need it to dig holes/trenches to pour concrete into for foundations.

A DOZER is used to push large piles of dirt and debree and to scrape the ground to make it level when a planer is not available. It is also used to push over the cars of the NAACP when they come on Business property with guns, threatening to shut it down when there is no reason for complaint with the perfectly blended, friendly work environment.

yes, but they use it to make a pad that they build on.
