I just want to know if anyone watched "Silent Hill" and what did you think about it? Do you get the movie?

I saw it and was confused... but my boyfriend explained it to me... he said that they all dies in the accident and someone took their bodies to silent hill. The others did get to silent hill, but they were alive so it looked a lot brighter and less foggy. the cop and the mom and daughter couldnt leave silent hill because they were dead... thats why the road ended when the cop tried to arrest the mother...

I saw the movie, it's a great movie as long as you don't expect it to follow the game exactly. Most of the creatures in the movie were actual people in serious make-up. Theirs only a few things in the movie that are computer graphics. I think that they did a great job on pyramid head, they even had the siren. I did get the movie, but it's hard to explain. Technically Alyssa used Rose as a way for her to get in the church because the peoples "faith" keeps her out. It also helps if you have played all the games, especially Silent Hill 1,2,and 4. Cybal and Rose got in "Silent Hill" because of Roses daughther. She was the key, and also Alyssa wanted them to come because she knew that they would help her get revenge. Rose was worried about getting home and seeing her husband. Thats the reason why she was oblivious to the fact she was still in "Silent Hill." She probably realized at the last second that she was still in "Silent Hill." She was just happy that she didn't have to deal with all that anymore and she had her daughter back.

Silent Hill was based off of the video game with the same name. If you want to get more into depth about what is going on try playing the game. I think the game is 10 times scarier than the movie.

It was okay. Its an effects movie, the story is pretty weak.
