Toshiba qosmio OR dell inspiron?

i'm looking for a best-in-class desktop replacement notebook,what would you choose?

Requirements:

intel core duo

microsoft win. media center edition 2005

17 inches display

all new technology and high-end multimedia and performance features .......................................

    Toshiba over Dell - everytime. Toshiba Tech support people Actually Answer the phone. You can buy locally.

    Dell inspiron. No one in the world offers the service like Dell does. It's a 24 hr response service at home.

    HP zd8000. it's not expensive, and it has a high memory card for a faster use and less freezes.
