How can I loose weight without quitting pasta?

I NEED TO LOOSE 10 POUNDS IN A MONTH.... ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    10 pounds is a lot for a month. Eat smaller portions of pasta, preferably the whole wheat kind. Limit your fats and eat lots of vegetables. Exercise!

    I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

    Try the whole wheat pasta, its pretty good. You can lose it, try fasting for 3 days and then eating for 2 and then repeat. Plus get out there and run a bit. It will come off fast than you think

    Eat one noodle a day. Seriously though, eat smaller portions and only drink water.
