Does anyone remember the computer game "Number Munchers"?

It originally came on floppy disks (the actually floppy kind), and they made us play it when I was in grade school. It was basically Pac Man with numbers. You controlled a green, frog-like creature that went around gobbling up problems with a certain solution; e.g., you would be given "3," then you'd have to eat 5-2, 1+2, etc. All the while, you had to avoid a purple villain. When you won, there would be a scene where the number muncher rewarded himself (by carving his portrait on Mount Rushmore, for example) often at the villain's expense.

My question is: Does anyone remember the villain's name? When I remembered this game the other day, it kind of bugged me that I couldn't remember something that consumed so many hours of my childhood.
