No Dells have a built in lock so you can't overclock. If you don't already know this then I highly don't recommend you doing this because you can really fry your processor.

It's not the Dell computer we need to know, it's what's inside.
Overclock the processors? Yeah, type in overclock on google.
ATI card overclock? google that, or download ATI Tool
nVidia overclock? Google it, I don't know
