Ok people...Do you take your own advice?

We all know what y/ans is about. We all give and take suggestions and solutions. We all talk n communicate (ehm...damning violations)Now my question is...do you practice what you preach?

Do you actually do what you suggest others or do you only say the right kind of thing?

Isha, you are on it. No we don't take our own advice. We give advice because we all know the difference between right and wrong. But the simple fact is, that we are all weak people and hope that someday we can live up to our own expectations. Good question.

As others have said- there are good silks and undesirable silks. And the froth or plastic ones are poor! i'm using silk for my centerpieces (bar, cake table, and so on.), as I actually have 17 tables and the price will be outrageous for genuine vegetation. I were given them at activity foyer. Of all the weddings you've in all likelihood been to contained in the previous, what number centerpieces are you able to bear in recommendations? i'm nevertheless using genuine vegetation for the ceremony, when you consider that those will be in pictures. there are various of low-priced vegetation you should use in case you pick genuine vegetation. once you sit down with a florist, only come accurate out and ask how a lot a stem of x costs, so that you'll tell them accurate off the bat that you'll desire stem y, that's some distance more cost-effective and seems about an analogous.

A french philosopher said that everybody is a wise man for the others, i. e. when you have to give an advice and think of somebody else's problem you come up with wise, practical solutions and see things clear. One of the reasons for this is that you see things from a different angle, you are not in the "center of the fire".

Yes, I do my best to follow them- these are the things that have worked for me, that would make me feel better, that I have done or would do and the best ideas I've got from scientifical point of view.

I try to, but I realise that I am only human! On some of the more emotional problems it is so much easier to give advice when you are not involved than it is to take the best course of action if you are involved. I also find that by giving advice it can help me to answer some of the problems in my own life!

"Do as i say not as i do".

If i took my own advice and not started taking drugs i wouldn't of had a 6 year addiction and ended up in rehab for 14 months by the time I'm 23. So my answer is no i don't take my own advice.

What we preach is like an experiment, after we know that it succeeds then we adopt or else go on preaching for others to make out.

Sometimes I take my own advice. And sometimes it is easier to say than to do, you know? But I suppose that can be applied to many areas of life. Easier said than done. I just try to help.
