Fund Raising Abuse?

If someone is knowingly misrepresenting a fund raiser to collect money for one thing and it' actually going for something else who do you contact ? I live in Pennsylvania and need to know .

    Collecting money as posing for something else is considered fraud. Contact the police and leave it up to the investigators :)

    First contact your local police department. Let them investigate it.

    As long as it is going to a charity does it matter? Maybe you should leave people alone and get your own life.

    The cops.

    The news.

    The organization he claims to be collecting for. (They REALLY hate that. They WILL press charges.)
