A rose on the ankle is classic.

If you are thinking of getting a tattoo, you need to not look at what others have and look at yourself. The type of person YOU are and where YOU would be comfortable getting one. I have 6. They are all designed by me and put in places that reflect me and who I am. One on the back of my shoulder, the nape of my neck, my navel and one on each ankle. Try to stay away from the arms, which is more of a "manly" place to put them and not very attractive on a woman in my opinion.

The small of your back is always a cool place to have a tattoo. Keep it simple, like a little swirly design, and make sure it's something you're not going to get fed up of after a few months.

Tatoo is best just above the Navel. It looks great in that area.

If you're getting one do it for yourself. Pick out a flash, or create your own. But, let it reflect your feelings, or mood, have have it put where you want it, and it will be appropiate.

If you are wondering how to be "in style" maybe you aren't ready for one yet.

Source(s): I have 6 and one piercing and looking for more tattoo's ,and b t w I design all of mine myself so I don't run into someone walking around with the same one.
