my husband and i want to move back to canada...what kind of paperwork do we need?
I am a canadian citizen, my husband is american, and we want to move back to canada. what kind of paperwork do we need to have/fill out in order to live there??? do we need visas, citizenship paperwork, etc???

You as a citizen can sponsor your spouse to Canada, that would be the first step as he cannot just move to Canada and without Permanent Resident status cannot live in Canada or work in Canada.

Yeah, the address given by the person above me is right. I am also going to Canada to live from the US. There are paperwork you can print out from that website. He fills it out and mail it to the Canada Consulate in Buffalo, NY. And you wait. The usual wait time is 12-18 months.
I just wanted to add, along with the application he will need to submit police certificate of good behavior, proof of employment in the US, college certificate/transcript, Financial support (bank statement from US Bank). Its all in the application form.
