DREAMS: I have really whacko dreams?

My dreams are really realistic and upon awakening and even as the day wears on, I have to stop and think about whether certain things were real or dreamt.

How do others of you perceive your dreams? Intense? Entertaining? Keep it clean please.

Whoa, I have to do the same thing sometimes where I try and remember what was real and what wasn't. It's really wierd and you get a little nervous because you want to ask your friend "Did this actually happen?" and you think you might be getting Alzheimer's disease or going crazy.

If I were you I'd try keeping a notepad next to my bed and when I woke up I'd remember all that I dreamt and write it down. You don't need to write down every single detail, just a word or two; they'll help you recall what the dream was. That way if you ever get to wondering if it actually happened you have somewhere to check and know. If you find you're really confused as the day goes by keep the notepad with you (maybe in your pocket) to double-check.

I perceive my dreams as worrying, enchanting, satisfying, terrifying, sad, creepy, and odd. It just depends on what it is about and how I reacted in the dream. Some of the time I have been worrying that something was going to happen and it did in the dream, or sometimes I worry that something in the dream will come true (not always a bad thing) later in real life. And sometimes dreams are just odd and you have no idea how your mind thought that up. Sometimes the dream is so enchanting or beautiful you lay back on your pillow and wish it would happen again. Sometimes dreams are vivid, other times fuzzy and blurred.

I hope this helps! Sweet dreams!

...may i have ten points please?

I have dreams where there are always other nationalities. I will be a samurai in one and then an English school boy in another. Stuff like that. And, erotic dreams which are really nice and real but I cannot speak of these in any more detail due to certain guidelines.

Haha I'm just like you and all the others too..sometimes I don't know if it happened in real life or i just dreamt it. I think dreams are fun and entertaining because things happen in them that would normally never happen in real life. Also sometimes my dreams give me messages..like if im having a problem i'll find my solution in my dream.

I think dreams are like "day dreams" but at night. When you day-dream, you have time to dream; at night, you have time to dream (and let your mind wander).

I'm like you, I have to stop & think if I dreamed something or it really happened. I am very-much a realist - I see things how they are; I also don't day-dream much that isn't "real". (That is, my mind, wandering, stays pretty-close to the facts; it doesn't venture into the illusive or wild (much).)

So, maybe that's why the dreams are so real -- you stay pretty close to the facts.

    ?

    Peace.

Well, my dreams are always very entertaining. They flip from one scene to the next. I find that I dream very vividly when I eat right before bed (bad habit -i know) Guess that old saying is true.

I believe we 'go somewhere else' when we dream...there is not a night or day I have ever slept when I woke up rested from my dreams. I am always EXAUSTED and sometime have physical pain
