As corny as it may sound, i listen to a few happy songs, like "Don't Worry, Be Happy" - this one has halped me during a very stressful period of time - and "Walking on Sunshine". If you're a girl, shopping and getting your hair/manicure done are also known to help :)

I also try to focus on the good times to come, day-dreaming about a vacation and such. Another way is going for a walk, looking at the people you pass by and trying to imagine their lives with their joys and sorrows.

A good comedy could be good, a happy, light one or even watching cartoons.

Apart from that, I keep in mind the people who love me and even those who don't, but give a damn. Reminding yourself that there are people who care works like a charm.

Then I have my pets...I go watch them play or do whatever it is that doggies do all day and it recharges my batteries instantly. If you have pets than you probably know what I mean - their unconditional love and affection lifts your spirit.

These are a few of the small things in life that help one get through bad days. I try to enjoy them as often as I can, as time waits for nobody and it's a pity to waste a day or even more by being sad.

    Hope it helped :)

Do you suffer form depression? Maybe an antidepressant can help.

When I am having a hard time I try to remind myself that it is only temporary and that things do get better. I try to think about past experiences when I was sad and thought I would never feel better and then did eventually feel happiness again.

If you are having continued feelings of sadness or despair you should consider going to talk to a therapist and/or going on medication.

    Good luck to you.

Try to find your comfort zone and stay in there...Try as much to avoid negativity in life by doing something that you really like and there are a couple of these things that you can do...I will name a few cause i donot really know you and what your likes are ..If you love the beaches or nature go to these places with someone you like to be with be a friend or someone close to your heart... if you want to go to the gym be it or whatever your likes are do it.

try to divert your attention to something that can make you a better person, somewhere where you can learn something that can clear what ever cob webs your mind has set you into...have some spiritual guidance it can change the whole senario of your life...

See each day as a fresh beginning. Thank the Lord for each day of good health. If you have bad health, it would be worse.
