hey.. why does ones eyebrows at times keep fluttering? is it a medical problem??

    It is a spasm of the nerves connected to the mucscles that control the eyebrow...it is sometimes linked to psychological problems like nervous ticks...it isn't a problem unless it becomes unbearable...the seek the advise of an MD.

    Its what i call a jumping nerve. I get it sometimes. drives me crazy
