Are there organizations that can help improve water systems in 3rd world communities?
My granddaughter's school and church helps to support a mission school in Uganda. I have heard that they (the mission) must boil all their water, and that sometimes the children forget and some have gotten seriously ill. Are there any options to help improve their water system?
I don't know if the water is from a well, river or spring. I'll be sure and ask tomorrow.

Engineers without borders! and the UN off course. They help build water treatment facilities, roads to wells and wells.
