Apparent death?

What are the current statistics in THIS day & age for apparent deaths, including live burials (reported), deaths during autopsies due to apparent death, etc..

According to Rodney Davies' The Lazarus Syndrome, it is still a common occurrence, though most cases reported are in countries other than the States, & even more common among religions that require quick burials &/or frown upon autopsies. Most case caused by drowning, drug overdoes, or heart or nervous conditions.
