I usually start with a banana, a cup of vanilla (or flavored) yogurt, and some orange juice. I add whatever fruit I feel like on that day, sometimes strawberries, or peaches, or kiwi, or blueberries. Just use the frozen fruit - it will help chill the smoothie. You can even store bananas in the freezer - just peel them first and stick them in a plastic bag.

Where do i start!??!
I always found the best recipe was this:
2x Large Mango's (or 3 small)
1x Large Banana (or 1 small)
1x Tub of Strawberries (about 250grms)
4x WHOLE oranges (without skin obv... lol)
and 250mls of Vanilla ice cream :)
(if u use banana ice cream, only use 1/2 a banana)
Oh, and don't mush any up before putting it in - let the blender do the work, as all the flavour is stored inside the blender then :)
Hope this helped :D

Well the most important ingrediant to any smoothie is going to be the Malibu coconut rum, then add a couple of shots of midori (melon whiskey), some pineapple juice, a scoop of vanilla icecream, and some ice. Strawberries optional. Blend away and enjoy! Now thats a good smoothie!!!!

I don't know any actual recipes - but if you go to a Super Target - they have , in the frozen section , they have different blends of frozen fruit and smoothie mixes all together - I tried them, and they are really great!

Yes, have you tried a water smoothie? You put in a cup of water, then add 2 cups of chlorinated water and blend for 20 seconds. add ice to suit your taste. this will make about 4 cups of water if you use enough cubes.
