If lib/Dems are so environmentally aware, where are the Solar panels in California?

Over here on the Left Coast, on the Altamont Pass, there are windmill farms, wind power electricity generation to cut down on emissions.

Environmentalists are suing to shut down the wind farms to stop the massive blades from killing the migratory birds.

solar panels I am sure are out there you just have to look... just like the windmills out in california you have to know where they are if you want to look at them they are not everywhere but nonetheless they are there.
