america what happened?

For one simple reason ; as long as political powers are capable of altering peoples perceptions and divide them into groups, they can gain political power. By inspiring the perception of seperation between ethnic gropus they create an us vs. them mentality. They then use this mentality to inspire people that only those who created this false seperation can represent them fairly. So while you are offended for what people say about your group, they feel the same for what some in your group said of them. Ridiculous isn't it?

Hey, why is it ok for us Christians and Americans to force our beliefs on other people? It isn't fair to the non-powers is it? How about you go and look for a "white power" hate "black people" site. Then go look for a "black power" hate "white people" site. I guarantee you will find a lot more sites that hates blacks than whites. I can go to something like break.com and read comments on almost any video with a white person calling blacks the n-word. This is all over the Internet. I have never seen black cops beating a white person, racial profiling is a way of life for many police depts in this country. If it is a double standard then it is a triple standard as well.

Because political correctness is a crock of crap. Add to your list "Why can people make remarks about people from the south being inbred and stupid with no negative repercussions?" The political correctness police decided that one was OK.

Because the media likes drama and will use whatever they can use to make themselves feel good, look better, and make more money... it doesnt help either that most media groups are liberal.
