I have had great success with a product called Attention Deficit from Herbal Healer Academy. It comes in mild and severe for ADHD. You need to also eliminate as many foods that have food colorings in them, and try and eat more natural, healthy foods. With our 8 yr old I used the product I mentioned and tried to cut back on his sugar consumption, his teacher noticed a difference in the first week!

The FDA just approved a patch to wear on your hip with a med for ADHD. Ask you doctor about it, I think it's sold by Shire Pharmaceutical Co.

Willpower, self-control, perserverance. They would be good for starters.

Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture for the hyperactivity, reflexology for relaxation. You could try those on top of the first lot.

Qi gong, tai, chi, yoga to keep you occupied.

    Good luck.
