I would contact each of the credit card companies and say you are having trouble making payments. They may actually waive some of the interest amount if you can pay it off in total. If you remove the credit cards, then you have more money for the loan and medical bills. Best suggestion I can give you is that.
Make sure you reduce all your expenses. If you have digital cable, get standard cable. Temporarily shut off your cell phone, or shut off your home phone and get the smallest plan you NEED for your cell phone. Shut off high speed internet and use either dial-up or no internet for the time being. Cancel gym memberships. Do not buy anything you do not need. Shop for only the food you NEED for the week ahead, that way food doesn't go to bad, which is just throwing away money. Don't do unneccesary driving. Doing all these things will save you money that you can focus on the debts to pay them off quicker, then when they get paid off, you can start spending your money for things you want instead.

well there was a time when i needed a lot of money and my credit wasn't very good. Go to Citifinanciere, they can help you with a certain amount of money even if your credit is not in a too good shape, and they might not ask for a cosigner, it will depand on your demand!

just let the medical bill go on your record, or try to get assistant with medical bills alot of places to that. I would never take out a loan for it tho!

Just keep paying them, make a good faith effort. Because whether your sending money to them or a family member, you're still having to pay it off - keep your family out of it.
